BOVA Courses 2025 - call for applications open!
We are happy to announce that the call for organising a BOVA course in 2025 is now open.
Teachers from all BOVA universities are welcome to apply to organise a course.
Basic criteria:
- course should last for a minimum of five days
- have partner teachers from at least two BOVA member universities (host university included);
- invitation of teachers from NOVA UN and other European HEI in the teaching team is very encouraged;
- visiting students from at least two member universities;
- course can be open to both Bachelor and Master level students, minimum number of students is 10;
- course period – 01.02.2025 – 31.12.2025.

- 2025 course application form – hopefully everyone will be happy to see that the form is much shorter now!
- Explanation about applying for the additional Erasmus+ BIP funding at your institutions - was successful again this year (4 of the 8 BOVA courses that took place this year were BIP-s) and I recommend to continue with it!
The application deadline for the BOVA course applications is January 6, 2025 and the applications should be sent to the BOVA Secretary Karoli Kõiv to karoli.koiv@emu.ee .
These are the documents that should be sent:
1. BOVA course Application form;
2. CV of course leader (pdf);
3. Confirmation letters from invited teachers (pdf, e-mail confirmations are enough);
4. Cover letter, signed by legal person of home institution. (document that says that the home institution supports the application)
Shortly after the deadline, the BOVA Coordinating Committee will evaluate the applications and then they’re ready to be approved during the BOVA network meeting in Kaunas on January 16-17, 2025.
