Evaluation of quality of poultry meat and eggs

Poultry meat and eggs are one of the main food products in the world. Poultry meat production has highest increase (2% change) compared with other meat every year. In the European Union, per capita poultry meat consumption is in average 24 kg/year. Furthermore the aim of this course is to introduce for students different factors such as keeping systems, feeding and welfare of poultry which have influence on the quality of poultry meat and eggs.
